To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use or care

4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take up to 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
